Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Other items are eligible only under specific conditions (see below).

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to:

Delay by courier services once dispatched (though weβre happy to assist in tracking)
π How to Request a Return or Exchange

π Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping

In most cases, weβll arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the product back yourself. In such cases, we will reimburse standard courier charges as store credit (on valid proof).

Once your return is received and inspected:
