To place an order on our website, you must be:

3. Product Details & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability are subject to change without notice.
We strive for accuracy in all listings. However, minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to photography or screen settings.
Prices are in INR (₹) and include GST (unless otherwise specified).

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed and payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspicious activity, technical errors, or unavailability of the item.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India only using trusted courier partners via Shiprocket (Delhivery, DTDC, etc.)
Standard delivery time is 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

6. Return, Exchange & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of damage, defect, or wrong item received, notified within 48 hours.
Earrings, custom pieces, and worn items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety.
Approved refunds are offered as store credit or replacements only.

We accept secure payments via:

Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets)
Cash on Delivery (on eligible orders)
